Engagement & Search Fee (Upfront & redeemable against placement fees): €50.00; hourly rate from €20 per hour; plus a service fee.

What is our Flexi Nanny Service?

Our Flexi Nanny Service is designed for families who need flexible, ongoing childcare without the commitment of a permanent nanny placement.

We take care of the administration, so you can focus on your family. Your nanny works as an independent contractor through Rockmybaby, and each week both you and your nanny simply confirm the hours worked. We then process the payment, invoice you directly, and pay the nanny on your behalf.

This service is ideal for families with changing schedules, part-time requirements, temporary support needs, or those wanting a simple and hassle-free childcare solution.
