Becoming part of the Rockmybaby® community is simple, exciting, and rewarding! Whether you're a nanny, babysitter, or maternity nurse, we make the process seamless so you can start connecting with families as soon as possible. Here’s how it works:

Ready to start? Simply fill out our quick and easy registration form, tell us a little about yourself, and let us know what roles interest you. That’s it – you’re on your way!

Once registered, we may need some extra details and documents, but don’t worry – we’ll guide you every step of the way! You can track your progress via your personal dashboard, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Next, we’d love to meet you virtually via FaceTime or a similar platform. No need to stress – this is an informal chat where we get to know you and answer any questions you may have. Think of it as a friendly catch-up rather than a formal interview.

Just like any job, we need to run a few checks to ensure safety and build trust within our community. This includes:
Reference checks with previous employers
A criminal background check (police vetting) on all candidates
ID verification to confirm identity and eligibility to work
These steps help us ensure every candidate meets our high standards of safety and professionalism.

Rockmybaby®Oportunities
Babysitting
Being a Rockmybaby® Babysitter is fun, flexible, and rewarding! Once approved:
• You’ll receive babysitting bookings via SMS and email.
• Claim the ones that suit you (first come, first served), or the client can request you and you have 12 hours to accept or decline.
• Connect with the family before the booking.
• Enjoy a minimum of three hours per booking and a maximum of four children per sitter.
• Once the booking is completed, jump online and confirm your hours. The client will also confirm, and your funds will be in your wallet.
Before accepting, just check that the travel works for you. It’s that simple!
Maternity Nurse
If you have experience as a Maternity Nurse, Rockmybaby® offers opportunities to support new parents in those crucial early weeks and months. As a Maternity Nurse, you can:
• Provide specialist care for newborns, including feeding, sleep routines, and postnatal support.
• Assist and guide new parents, offering reassurance and professional advice.
• Work live-in or live-out, depending on the family's needs.
• Choose short-term, long-term, or overnight roles.
• Enjoy flexible working arrangements that suit your availability and expertise.

Private Nanny / Au Pair
Being a Rockmybaby® Nanny gives you the flexibility to work how you choose:
• Work as an employee or an independent contractor.
• Hourly rates are competitive and agreed upon with the family or are set rates.
• Some positions offer live-in options, including private accommodation and other perks.
• Au-Pair roles are available for those looking to work and experience life abroad.
Event Care & Temporary Roles:
• Take on short-term or one-off roles like overnight stays, wedding/event care, or corporate functions.
• Be the trusted professional families rely on during special events – keeping little ones safe, settled, and happy.
• Choose bookings that suit your lifestyle and availability – whether you love working evenings, weekends, or overnights.
