- Friendly professional family in Bondi are looking for a dedicated and caring Nanny to look after G2 for full days Mondays and Tuesdays. The family currently have organised activities each morning but this may change each term. Care for an additional child may be needed in the future as the family are expecting a new child later this year.
The ideal candidate will provide nurturing and attentive care to G2 while fostering a positive, stimulating and safe environment. Experience or open to Montessori approach and/or child led care is preferred.
Responsibilities include
Plan and supervise age appropriate activities to encourage learning and development (eg. going to the beach, park, library or other activities preset or otherwise.)
Prepare meals and snacks and light housekeeping related to the child (eg. tidying play areas and kitchen/dining areas after meals)
Drivers license preferred but not necessary. May have use of family car as required or you may use your own car. Free street parking available.
The family have a cat and a friendly French bulldog so ideally an animal person butt the family don’t expect you to care for either of the animals. One or both parents will most likely be working from home so will need someone than would be comfortable with them being around.
May start but we are flexible and willing to make it work for the right candidate. 12 month minimum with a view for ongoing and long term.
