- Friendly professional family in Bondi are looking for an experienced nanny to care for B1.
The family value connection, exploration, and collaboration in parenting
and are looking for a nanny who will integrate into their home and provide reliable support.
Responsibilities:
* Providing attentive and loving care for B1.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities such as playing, reading, and outdoor outings.
• Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks.
• Assisting with feeding and setting up a feeding station.
• Changing diapers and maintaining hygiene.
• Assisting with nap times and establishing a sleep routine.
• Cleaning and tidying up the child’s play areas and belongings.
• Administering medication, if necessary, and as directed by parents.
• Taking our son to playdates, appointments, and other activities.
• Keeping parents informed of the child’s progress and any concerns.
• Light housekeeping duties (such as folding laundry) while child naps.
Requirements:
* All current documentation including WWCC, police check and first aid.
* Must have experience working with babies and toddlers.
* A genuine love for children and a passion for childcare.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*. Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Fluent in English.
* Non-smoker
Desired Qualities:
* Formal child-care training or qualifications
* Background in early childhood education
*. Understanding of early childhood development.
Please note the family have a 2 year old Golden Retriever so must be comfortable around dogs.
Parking available for the nanny.
The family are looking for a March/April start flexible start date and a minimum 12 month commitment with the view to be longer term.
