- Duties
- Friendly, professional family in Pyrmont are looking for an experienced career/professional nanny to care for their baby boy who will be 11 months old when the role commences from February 2025 (when mum returns to work).
Duties will include: preparing food/feeding, changing nappies, playtime activities, putting down for naps, going to playgroups, parks and activities as he grows etc. The family have a weekly cleaner so will not require the nanny to do any housework, other than to generally keep the house tidy after baby’s meals, nappy changes, the occasional laundry load etc.
Please note the family have a small dog (cavoodle) who is self sufficient and gentle.
Please note that Grandma lives with the family so the nanny will need to be comfortable with her being around however the nanny will have sole charge of the baby.
Grandma looks after the dog however on the odd occasion that she is not, we may require the nanny to put out dog food, refill water etc.
Driver preferred and the family can provide use of a family car as required. Parking is also available for the nanny.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience with babies and toddlers and a sound knowledge of children's development and milestones.
The family are looking for an early February start and a minimum 12 month commitment with the view to be a long term role and for the nanny to become an extension of the family.
